By the end of this module, students should be able to:
✅ Take a history & examine a patient with gastrointestinal symptoms
✅ Perform an intra-oral & extra-oral examination
✅ Conduct a gastrointestinal examination, including peripheral signs, abdominal & rectal examinations
✅ Perform an examination of male external genitalia & hernial orifices
✅ Recognise important anatomical structures & interpret an Abdominal X-ray
✅ Take a history to differentiate Type 1 vs. Type 2 Diabetes
✅ Demonstrate the use of a glucometer
✅ Identify an insulin syringe, draw up insulin, & demonstrate how to administer insulin
